Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating pain, rebuilding strength, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of how your body moves, our coaches are here to provide individualized support rooted in the Faith in the Body philosophy.

Each coach brings her own unique background, experience, and perspective while sharing a commitment to helping women better understand their bodies through movement, biomechanics, education, and compassionate care.

Adelaide Biggs

Founder of Faith in the Body | Biomechanist | Former Midwife

Adelaide Biggs is a wife, mother, movement teacher, biomechanist, and founder of Faith in the Body, a well-woman care practice rooted in structural integration and integrative medicine. She believes the female body is intelligently designed and approaches care through thoughtful clinical reasoning, individualized movement, and honest conversations about both what can be known and what cannot be known about the body.

Her work in women's health began from her own healing journey following a near-death experience, during which she relearned how to walk, speak, and regain the basic functions of daily life. This experience shaped her commitment to truly whole-body care, recognizing that neurological, structural, hormonal, emotional, and psychological factors all contribute to a woman's health and healing.

In addition to her movement and bodywork training, Adelaide spent eight years serving as a homebirth midwife, caring for women navigating both straightforward and medically complex pregnancies. Today, her work centers on comprehensive structural assessment and individualized movement prescription, helping women better understand the unique patterns influencing their pain, movement, pregnancy, birth, and overall wellbeing.

Areas of Interest: Complex Pelvic Health • Chronic Pain • Pregnancy & Birth Biomechanics • Postpartum Recovery • Complex Multi-System Cases • French-Speaking Clients

Krista

Faith in the Body Coach |
Movement Educator

Krista Hagman believes the body is a dynamic, creative process, not a problem to be fixed. Her goal is to help women better understand their body's unique patterns so they can move with greater confidence, freedom, and trust.

She knows movement is the original language of the body. Her approach to coaching is a blend of art and science where somatic precision meets freeform movement. She has a special passion for guiding women who have experienced distrust, disinterest, and disconnection into a deeper relationship with their bodies through individualized movement, education, and biomechanical understanding.

Drawing from years of experience in dance, strength training, yoga, and women's health, Krista enjoys helping women expand their movement vocabulary while learning to better understand and respond to their body's cues.

Areas of Interest: Women 50+ • Postpartum Recovery • Returning to Movement • Strength Training • Post-Injury Recovery

Eliza Sky

Faith in the Body Coach | Structural Integrationist

Eliza Sky is a Structural Integrationist whose work combines movement support, myofascial release, and individualized coaching to help women build sustainable movement patterns. Her work has been shaped by years of movement practice, bodywork training, and a deep appreciation for the body's remarkable capacity to organize, adapt, and heal when given the right support.

She believes women are designed to feel at home in their bodies. Through thoughtful exercise selection, hands-on techniques (or eyes on in the virtual sense), and clear communication, Eliza helps clients develop greater awareness, strength, and resilience while working toward their individual goals.

Her coaching emphasizes orienting to the body's midline, improving movement efficiency, and creating lasting change through curiosity, collaboration, and self-organization.

Areas of Interest: Scoliosis • Joint Pain • Midline Organization • Functional Movement • Myofascial Release

What women are saying

-Lindsay-

"Adelaide is a wealth of knowledge on the female body. She helped me navigate pregnancy, birth and post partum with so much groundedness and wisdom. She has helpful explorations for everything from healing a yeast infection to pelvic floor integration to encouraging me to try elimination communication with my baby again after I gave up."

-Nancy-

"Adelaide has an incredible ability to explain what would normally feel very complex to me into simple easy to understand language. This has helped me understand what's happening in my body and how to fully inhabit my female form with more confidence and ease. I've noticed very positive results in my body after even a short time of working with her. I wish all women could soak up her wisdom!"

-Willow -

"When I was in sudden intense and unknown pain, Adelaide gave me simple practices to come back to stability and joy in my body. She taught me how to breathe for the health of my pelvis, and through that breath and a few minutes every day of her delicious movement snacks, I am healing and remembering strength in my postpartum body."
