1:1 Sessions with Krista Hagman
Sometimes you don't need another program.
You need someone to help you understand what your body has been communicating all along.
A chance to slow down, explore your unique movement patterns, and better understand what is happening in your body, your pregnancy, or your healing journey.
These 60-minute virtual sessions are designed for women who want individualized support from the Faith in the Body team in a one-time format.
You might book a session if:
- You would like to have your posture, movement patterns, or biomechanics assessed.
- You are navigating pelvic health concerns and would like a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms.
- You are recovering postpartum, returning to movement after an injury, or navigating changes that come with this season of life.
- You feel disconnected from your body and want to better understand how it moves, adapts, and communicates.
- You have participated in a Faith in the Body program, class, workshop, or training and would like help applying those concepts to your own body and circumstances.
- You simply want dedicated time to ask questions, explore movement, and gain a deeper understanding of your body's unique patterns.
Every session is different.
Some women spend the entire session discussing pelvic health, strength training, posture, or nervous system regulation. Others receive movement assessment and coaching. Many come with questions about pain, movement limitations, or symptoms they simply want to better understand.
Krista believes the body is a dynamic, creative process, not a problem to be fixed. Her goal is to help women better understand their body's unique patterns so they can move with greater confidence, freedom, and trust.
She knows movement is the original language of the body. Her approach to coaching is a blend of art and science where somatic precision meets freeform movement. She has a special passion for guiding women who have experienced distrust, disinterest, and disconnection from their bodies, into a deeper relationship with their bodies through individualized movement, education, and biomechanical understanding.
This session is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. Rather, it is an opportunity to receive individualized education, movement guidance, biomechanical insight, and support.
Krista especially enjoys working with women who are:
- Returning to movement after pregnancy.
- Recovering from an injury or transitioning out of physical therapy.
- Beginning or rebuilding strength later in life.
- Looking for movement options that support both their nervous system and their biomechanics.
- Women over 50 who want to continue moving with confidence, strength, and resilience.
