Movement matters.
The way you move impacts how you feel.
It feels good to feel good! And it’s no secret that we feel good when our bodies do. At home, with minimal equipment, just a couple times a week, you can change your damn life.
If you’re someone who cares about health, then you need to care about strength. Cognitive function, emotional regulation, gaining coordination, building capacity, aging like a boss... better movement makes life better.
AND... Moving well and building strength makes being in your body right now way. more. FUN.
You know you're ready to make a change, Butttt you...
Don’t know where to start or feel overwhelmed by the idea of starting at all?
Don’t know what to make of all the (often conflicting) information out there?
Know that most training is designed for men, but don’t know how to then train for your female body?
Experience pain that you don’t know how to work with or are afraid you’ll hurt yourself further?
Feel like you don’t have time or really just don’t want to do it alone?
Have tried other programs and either didn't stick with it, got bored, or didn't see the results you were hoping for...
You know you need to strength train; the problem is actually doing it consistently. So come do it with us.
I want in.
Live Training
Train together LIVE Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am ET. You will train through progressive 6 week circuits with enough repetition to actually learn what you are doing before the programming moves forward. These live sessions (and our bimonthly Q&A’s!) offer an opportunity for real time feedback and guidance.
Accountability
Because showing up gets easier when someone knows you are supposed to be there. And yes, we can help hook you up with a workout buddy.
Connect with other women, share your wins, be encouraged, and join our live masterclasses, in our member’s only community. We're always here, and we're doing it - so if you fall of the bandwagon there's always room to jump back in.
Female Focused
Movement knowledge and teachings often prioritize male physiology at the expense of female bodies, and far too often our exercise culture teaches women to move their bodies to get smaller, not stronger. Learn how to train for your body in the ways that honor the unique needs of your female health and wellness.
Progressive
It is all too easy to find yourself stuck doing the same workouts, the same classes, the same stagnant programs again and again (and again). While something is better than nothing, this is not progress. In this membership, we’re not just working out to work out; we’re moving our bodies, making measurable progress and helping you reach your goals - whatever those may be!
Meet Eliza Sky
Eliza is a Structural Integrationist offering movement support & light touch.
Her work has been shaped by years of outdoor exploration, movement practice & bodywork training.
Through hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in 2023 she was led to turn toward her own physiological needs. Rebalancing & building sustainability into her work, movement and lifestyle.
She believes in our capacity to feel and inhabit our bodies when given the right support. We are collaborating agency & foundational strength directly into the well of our womanhood. This lens informs her continued study & devotion to serving women in all seasons of life. She is educated by movement and bodywork training, on-going mentorships, elderly care & by being in relationship with women as they move.
She specializes in orienting to your midline through prescriptive exercise selection and myofascial release. Her areas of interest are building sustainable patterns that achieve action through self organization.
Programming Created by Adelaide Biggs + Faith in the Body Team
"Adelaide deeply understands female physiology and is the real deal. Her Strength Training course is like nothing else I’ve come across so far. Strength training always seemed “not for me” and I had no inherent interest in it - but finally I feel like I found guidance that’s actually applicable for my body and my life. My intention is to live in a balanced, healthy, integrated way, working with and not against my body, and this course gives me that."
Eliana
This is not a set it and forget it movement program. This is not one size fits all. This is not exercising just to say that you did it.
This is fun, effective, and a gift to your present and future self. You know you’re ready: let’s do the damn thing.
Join the hundreds of women who are reclaiming strength-training for their female physiology.
