This call is part of our monthly masterclass series inside my Faith in the Body membership, but with how misunderstood (and mismanaged) cyclical training is for so many women, I’m opening it up for anyone who wants to join.

So many women are either ignoring their cycle entirely or letting it dictate everything without understanding the physiology underneath it. This masterclass will give you a grounded, body-literate framework for training with your cycle instead of against it.

Cyclical training is often described in oversimplified terms: push in the follicular phase, rest in the luteal phase. But that’s not the whole story.

This kind of language can paint a picture that your body is either “on” or “off,” capable or incapable, strong or fragile depending on the week. The truth is that your physiology is always integrated. Hormones influence connective tissue behavior, nervous system tone, metabolic output, and recovery capacity in nuanced ways across the cycle. The goal is not to train less or more — it is to train in alignment with what your system is prepared to adapt to.

Too often, cycle-based training is reduced to simple intensity tweaks. Women need a whole-body, whole-system approach. This masterclass will give you a clear framework to stop guessing and start training in a way that builds real, sustainable capacity over time.
