Begin with the Early Postpartum Movement Library at the bottom of Stage One: Restorative Movement. Start with the two In-Bed practices and When Prolapse Is Flaring. Despite the name, that practice is not only for women experiencing prolapse. It focuses on early healing, pelvic stability, and nervous system regulation and can support anyone in the early postpartum period.
From there, progress through Early Postpartum Movement, Stage One Circuits 1–3, Stage One Circuits 4–6, Intermediate Movement Circuits, and then Stage Two: Strength Training Foundations.
You do not need to progress according to a specific postpartum timeline. Move forward when your current practices no longer feel taxing or cause pain and you feel ready for more challenge. Slow is the fast way.
