This call is part of our monthly masterclass series inside our Faith in the Body memberships,but because pregnancy movement is so often reduced to lists of "safe" and "unsafe" exercises, we're opening this conversation to anyone who wants to join.

There is no shortage of lists of “safe” and “unsafe” exercises during pregnancy, endless opinions about what you should and shouldn’t do, and plenty of confusion about core strength, lifting, and what actually matters.

In this class, we’ll cut through the noise and focus on what is essential: tailoring your movement to your unique body (not random lists) and understanding the primary actions that truly support more comfortable pregnancies, easeful fetal engagement, and the biomechanical processes of birth.

You’ll learn how to tailor movement to your body’s needs, recognize the patterns that may be contributing to discomfort, and understand the core actions that support a stronger, more comfortable pregnancy.

Because movement in pregnancy should not start with a list of rules.
